I started researching Medicare plans before turning 65 so I thought I understood the basics. I met Mariah through her father and had multiple conversations with her. She helped to simplify and explain the difference between Medicare plans. She helped me with the enrolling process and was always happy to answer my questions. Leading up to my 65th birthday, she sent reminder emails, texts and phone calls to keep me on track. I know I can call her for anything and she is always willing to help.

I met Mariah through a friend. My dad had recently moved from out of state and needed to enroll in Medicare. He was very stubborn saying he was smart enough and didn't need help. I of course had questions and concerns. Being a nurse, I had my opinions on certain plans. Mariah took the time to explain the different types of plans and her opinion on the best type of plan for my dads needs. She then informed me that working with an agent wouldn't cost my dad anything. I did not know this! She said have him call me and I can just answer any questions and he can handle it from there if he wants.
